Do you support Level II and Level III processing for business-to-business (B2B) transactions?
Yes. Transactions must be paid using a corporate or purchase card, and the acceptance method must be enabled to pass the Level II and Level III data with the transaction.
What is Level I, Level II, and Level III processing ?
Level III processing allows you to qualify for reduced interchange rates for B2B transactions paid using a corporate or purchase card. To be eligible, the card brands require additional data that describes the
nature of the transaction to be submitted along with the transaction. To give you an idea what we mean by additional data needed for Level III processing, here is a summary of the data included with each level:
Level I: Supplier Name, Purchase Amount, Date, Merchant Category Code (MCC) – all transactions pass this base level of detail automatically.
Level II: In addition to Level I data, the transaction must include Sales Tax Amount and Customer Code. The acceptance method must be enabled to pass this additional data.
Level III: In addition to Level II data, the transaction must include Quantities, Product Codes, Descriptions, Shipping Zip, Freight Amount and others which may vary depending on which card brand is used. The acceptance method must be enabled to pass this additional data.
What is push-to-card?
Push-to-card functionality enables you to send money directly to a debit card in real time. Push-to-card solutions can help streamline expense reimbursements for your employees and workforce payroll.
Do you offer reduced rates for non-profit organizations?
Yes, as long as the organization is a 501C and is identified with an eligible MCC code when setting up your account.
